Bank holidays, a closed site, a one-off deep clean — changed on the day, not in the definition.

The task moves to whoever is actually on shift, and the rota says so before the shift starts.

Two sites, two opening times
One definition, a window per site. Bridge Street opens an hour before Ashcroft Road and always has.

It did not get done
The exception is raised at the end of the window, to a named person, before anyone thinks to ask.
Nobody had to notice. It noticed.
Proof, not a tick
A photograph, a temperature, a signature — whatever the task asks for is attached to the run.
