Accessible Astro UI primitives that ship in an afternoon — and look like your theme, not ours.
101 headless primitives carry the ARIA, focus order and reduced-motion contracts, with zero CSS opinions attached. When you need a whole page section, 158 composed blocks are one command away.

Whole page sections, ready to paste
Heroes, pricing tables, storefronts, testimonials and editorial layouts — each one built from the free primitives, so the accessibility comes with it. Every preview below is the real block, running live.

101 primitives — the parts every site rebuilds
A primitive is one UI control with its behavior finished: the markup, the ARIA, the keyboard map and the focus handling. What it looks like is entirely yours.
- 39 primitives
Forms
Inputs, pickers and the validation plumbing — labelled, described, keyboard-complete.
- 17 primitives
Overlays
Dialogs, menus, popovers and toasts on the native top layer, with focus that returns.
- 11 primitives
Navigation
Tabs, trees, steppers and sidebars with roving focus and the right ARIA pattern.
- 19 primitives
Display
Tables, stats, timelines and badges — the structure data needs to read correctly.
- 5 primitives
Media
Carousel, marquee, scroll reveals and video, every one with a reduced-motion escape.
- 10 primitives
Utility
Accordion, live regions, theme toggle, visually-hidden: the small parts everyone rewrites.
Try one now — the files land in your project and nothing else changes.
npx astrocraft-ui add dialogEverything a primitive should ship with
The boring, critical parts are already done and checked by tooling on every build — so you design the component and skip the six-hour detour through the ARIA spec.
Keyboard and ARIA, done
Roving focus, typeahead, Escape-to-close and the correct roles on every widget. Checked in a real browser with axe.
Your CSS, not ours
Primitives ship structure and behavior only. Style them with Tailwind, vanilla CSS or your design tokens — state is exposed as data attributes.
Source you own
The CLI copies files into src/components/ui/ and adds nothing to package.json. No upgrade treadmill, no black box.
Reduced motion, enforced
Everything that moves has a prefers-reduced-motion escape, and a contract check fails the build when one goes missing.
View-transition safe
Every script re-wires after an Astro page swap without ever binding twice, so ClientRouter sites keep working.
Zero JS by default
Most primitives are plain HTML. The ones that need behavior ship a small bundled script, never a framework island.
158 blocks across 13 categories
A block is a finished page section — layout, copy slots and real content — composed from the primitives above and styled with Tailwind at the call site. Paste it in and it works.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you install.
Do I need Tailwind?
Not for the primitives — they carry no styling, so any CSS system works, and a vanilla-CSS theme is included as a worked example. The blocks are composed with Tailwind v4 utilities so they look right the moment you paste them.
Is this an npm dependency?
No. The CLI copies source files into your project and stops. You own the code, you edit it, and nothing breaks when we ship a new version.
Is the free tier a trial?
No. All 101 primitives are MIT-licensed and complete. The Blocks Pack sells composed page sections, not unlocked features.
What happens after I pay?
Polar issues a license key. Run "npx astrocraft-ui blocks activate <your-key>" once and every add after that just works. This site never learns who you are.
Can I use the blocks in client projects?
Yes — unlimited personal and client projects, with every future block added to the pack at no extra cost.
How does this relate to the All-Access Pass?
The pass covers everything AstroCraft ships: every premium Astro theme, future releases, and this Blocks Pack. It starts at $99.
